1. Get an authenticator app
Install Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator from the App Store or Google Play. Already have one? Skip to the next step.
2. Add an account
Open the app and tap the + (Add) button, then choose “Scan a QR code”.
3. Scan the code below
Point your phone's camera at the QR code shown on this page. A “Vermont PDMP” entry appears in the app.
4. Enter the 6-digit code
Type the code from the app into the box below and press Verify. The code refreshes every 30 seconds — that's normal.
